"A" Series Portable Spectrometer

The Metalscan "A" series portable spectrometers utilize a miniature CCD based optical system that allows for a small, compact unit that can be transported to the material site. "A" series can be used for a wide variety of purposes including sorting and on-site analysis/certification.

The ASSORT utilizes arc excitation, which allows quick grade identification (PMI). The ASCERT utilizes arc and spark excitation and provides laboratory-like analysis as well as quick PMI.
